Absolutely, we love it when the family get involved, children love our classes and it's great to watch their confidence grow with their dog.   When the whole family gets involved, you are giving consistency, clarity and connection to your dog

Currently our classes are held at The Royal British Legion, Kedington and The Erskine Centre, Chedburgh, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk however as we expand our services, other venues will be added to our list.

Our online classes are held via Zoom in the comfort of your own home.

Poo bags, flat collar (no choke, slip, prong or e-collars permitted) and/or harness with ID tag, lead but please no extendable leads (we like the double ended clip leads), long line lead no longer than 5 meters.   Lots of high value treats (we do not recommend shop brought treats as these vary considerably) chicken, sausages, cheese and hot dog sausages are usually big winners.  To get the best from your dog in class we suggest that you do not feed them before attending.

Puppies are welcome once they have received their full vaccinations.  For very young puppies we offer an Online Puppy Plan that will help you get started at home.

Senior and geriatric dogs need help just as much as younger dogs do.  As our dogs age, their cognitive function declines and you may start to notice that your dog starts to display fear or anxiety behaviours due to lack of confidence of their changing world, it is not unusual for a dog that once loved their walks to become reluctant or stressed on them when they never used to be and this in turn can bring anxiety to you as an owner because you feel helpless to help them .

We cannot offer any guarantees as there are many influencing factors such the time you put into your training and the health of your dog.  We will provide you with the tools you need to get amazing results but their progress will be down to how much time/effort you put into training with them.

We do not permit bitches in season to attend classes as their hormones really impact their learning capabilities, however if you are booked onto one of our classes we can support you though it with the tools to allow you to continue your training at home when your dog is ready.

We are positive, force free trainers that train with fun, pressure free techniques to get fantastic results.  We do not condone the use of adversive methods and will not tolerate prong collars, choke chains, slip leads, aggressive handling or any other forceful training behaviours in our classes.

We cannot offer classes to any of the four banned breeds - Pit Bull Terrier,  Japanese Tosa,  Dogo Argentino and  Fila Brasileiro but are happy to offer coaching to all other breeds that need help.  However, if your dog is particularly fearful or has severe reactivity to other dogs or people, we would recommend online or 1:1 training until your dog is ready to attend classes.    This applies also to fearful rescue dogs as we want to set all our students up for success.  If you have a particular struggle you would like to work on we can do that via one of our struggle specific courses or the behaviour consult.

Please see our T&Cs for our full Covid Policy but in short, any classes booked will be moved immediately online.

We offer two secure payment platforms to book our courses  paid through our website with credit card payment via Stripe and also a PayPal option.
