Welcome to our updated FAQ section. Whether you're exploring support for your Cockapoo, seeking help with reactivity or anxiety, or curious about how our online programmes work — here are the answers you need.
Start with our Behaviour Diagnostic — a structured consultation that pinpoints exactly what is impacting your dog's behaviour. You’ll get clarity and direction, fast. From there, we’ll recommend the right next step for you.

Yes - we continue to offer rolling in-person classes for puppies, beginners, and Cockapoos in Suffolk. These are small, supportive, and available as either pay-as-you-go (for flexibility) or block bookings (for better value). Scentwork classes also continue in-person. Behaviour support is currently delivered in person for local clients, but we are expanding our online options.
Yes - often even better than in-person! Online support allows us to assess your dog in their natural environment without the stress of a training hall. You’ll receive personalised plans, live coaching, and follow-up support tailored to your dog’s emotional needs.
We specialise in Cockapoos and are building a range of Cockapoo-specific services and online resources. However, we also support all breeds through behaviour coaching, the Behaviour Diagnostic, and our in-person classes.

For online sessions, yes — anyone involved in your dog’s care is welcome to join.
For in-person classes, we allow up to two adults per dog. Well-behaved children are welcome by prior arrangement, especially if they’re involved in day-to-day care. However, please note that a busy class environment can be overwhelming for young children and may cause dogs to become overstimulated. Our priority is to keep the class calm and productive for everyone, so we may suggest alternatives if we feel the setup could compromise the learning experience.
We use positive reinforcement, games-based learning, and emotion-focused behaviour support rooted in the latest canine science. No force. No fear. Just connection and calm.
Yes — particularly dogs with reactivity, anxiety, fear-based behaviours, and dogs recovering from difficult or traumatic experiences. Tracy is a Certified Canine Trauma & Rescue Expert, Reactivity Specialist, and Noise Phobia Consultant.
For complex behaviour cases, we require collaboration with your vet. A recent vet check is needed to rule out underlying pain or medical issues before we begin behavioural work, as these can significantly affect your dog’s behaviour.
